Services include:
- Assistance in filling out all immigration forms, and asylum assistance.
- The Institute offers legal representation and referrals to low-income victims of torture, sexual assault or domestic violence who have complicated immigration cases.
- They can take photos, notarize documents, and assist with translation of official documents.
- They also refer to other agencies as needed, and have an Outreach Worker who provides education and referrals on domestic violence, particularly for Portuguese speakers.
