If you tested here at Lowell Adult Education Center, you were provided with a free transcript upon passing all tests and graduating from the GED program.
If you now need another transcript, please send a $7.50 money order per transcript request to:

Please provide the following information when requesting a transcript:
- Name (at the time you took the tests)
- Current address
- Telephone number
- Social Security number
- Date of Birth
- Where you want us to send the transcript(s)

Monday through Friday.
